This family reached out to me early in the year to secure a fall session before my schedule filled up! We had the date set for months, but the location wasn’t finalized until just days before we met up.

They were gathering to celebrate their parents 50th anniversary and took the opportunity to update their family photos. We chose Echo Lake in the Notch as the perfect spot because it reflected their family’s passions—mountains, ski trails, hiking, and more! Despite the busy leaf-peeping season, we found some quiet spots to safely capture some fantastic moments.

At first, the kids weren’t too keen on photos, but by the end of the session, they were having a blast! Even when it seems like a session isn’t going as planned, I’m always working hard to capture candid moments, laughter, and fun throughout.
